Biography
My passion is helping people who have been accused of wrongdoing by the government. I've spent years studing language and culture in the United States, Mexico, Spain, and the Dominican Republic. After attending college at La Universidad de Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain, Centro de Lenguajes Extranjeros in Toluca, Mexico, I've learned to respect the mindset of other people and their cultures. As a former microbiologist, I have a unique understaning of the science currently used by law enforcement. For example, I am trained in DNA analysis and interpretation (at Boise State University) as well as the identification of alcohol and drugs in blood by gas chromotography (at Axion Laboratory in Chicago).

Highly Recommend
I was wrongfully arrested for "evading arrest" by Hunstville police and should obviously not have been arrested. Brian Burns was able to talk to people and prove we should never get arrested and got it off of our record before we even had to go to court. I highly recommend Brian Burns!

Highly recommend
I was arrested for evading arrest, which did not occur. Brian fought for me and a few other people whom were also arrested and not guilty, he got our record clear without going to court and did an excellent job keeping in touch with us and what was going on with our case! I highly recommend.
