When I was arrested, I was quite frankly terrified. The entire legal system was so overwhelming, I was convinced I'd be spending a significant amount of time in jail; or worse. Brian Burns came highly recommended from a friend I trusted. When I and my wife met with him, he immediately set us at ease.... He asked the right questions that gave him a clear picture of the nature of my case. He clearly explained what documents to gather, and the time frame we'd be working within. After our meeting I walked away with a fairly good idea as to what I could expect. Later, when I had some additional questions, both he and his excellent staff made themselves available and provided concise answers. By the time of the third court date, I found that my case was being dismissed. I'm certain that were it not for the excellent legal representation I received from Brian Burns, I would have at a minimum been looking at jail time, probation, and hefty fines. To start off, I had a pending case on me(falsely thanks to Montgomery County) I went to several different lawyers all wanted to charge a high consultant fee and couldn’t even guarantee me if they could help me. I was recommended to Mr. Brian Burns by someone. I called told him bits and pieces of my s...tory; the same day he set an appointment for he and I to meet! We met, he knew I didn’t have all the money he charged so he allowed me to make a down payment and pay the rest out.(which none of the other lawyers were willing to do). We start having court dates he was always on time always had answer to my questions and represented me very well! Every month(literally)since October 2017 we were in court. Everything the DA had he shoot down. He was never afraid to say what he wanted too. Each month was a reset. In June of 2018 we went to court,they came at us with a deal that Mr. Burns said no to! By this time we’re ready to go to Trial with this case. They reset me again! The next morning Brian got the case dismissed! I was facing 2-5 years but thanks to Mr. Burns and his firmness, knowledge,and wisdom for law this is all behind me. I’ll HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
