Mr. Pines represents numerous Title 5, Hybrid and Title 38 V.A. employees before the MSPB, EEOC, arbitration and Disciplinary Appeals Board.
As in-house counsel and financial adviser to AFGE Local 1923, the largest federal local in the United States, Mr. Pines successfully represented employees from the following agencies: SSA, DOD (Army, Navy, Air Force), Coast Guard, the VA, Federal Mediation Board, NASA, CMS, HUD, BOP, and OPM.
He currently represents and provides consultation to employees and labor unions throughout the United States and Europe.
