Great Parole Lawyer

I hired Ms. Ashley to represent my son. She was excellent in researching my sons case, contacting all those involved, kept him updated and also combined an additional outstanding case from Mississippi in the great Parole Package that was offered to my son. I am eternally greatly for her service to m...y family.

Houston's Top Parole Attorney

I write this review as recommendation for parole attorney Susan Ashley. Susan is a competent professional. She is very knowledgeable about parole board and hearings. She represented our son's parole hearings. Me and my wife meet with Susan Ashley at her office in Houston. Susan was very thorough in e...xplaining the Texas parole board process. Our son had been incarserated for two years before we hired Susan Ashley. Our son was facing eight years of incarserarion. His criminal charge involved death, drugs and property loss. Our family was in deep turmoil. Susan instructed and prepared my family and my son's wife for the hearings. We felt confident with Susan guidance during the hearings. She always accepted our calls. Weeks after the Texas Parole hearings Susan Ashley call me and my family. She gave us the good news that the Parole board had granted our son parole. We owe a debt of gratitude for her service.

Wonderful, Helpful, and Knowledgeable Parole Attorney

I hired Susan Ashley to help with my sons parole revocation. She provided much relief to my anxiety as well as my sons. Susan responded quickly to my first initial call as well as every call after hiring her. That in itself was very reassuring along the way. Susan visited my son in jail to speak ...with him personally which was very important to me and my son. She explained the process to us both and her knowledge as a parole attorney is vast. She compiled the needed information and since my son was accepted into a drug rehabilitation center she also coordinated with their outreach director to attend the parole hearing. She continually explained the process at every step. She kept me updated along the way, her communication was fabulous and although it may seem a small thing, it bears repeating as it truly did provide an enormous amount of stress relief during an extremely stressful time. She prepared for the hearing and the final result was everything we hoped for. He was allowed to continue on parole, his parole was not revoked and we are so very thankful with the result.

Top of the line Parole Attorney!!

My husband was recently sentenced to six years for two sentences: fourth DWI and violation of probation. Two days before my husband was transferred to TDCJ, he was eligible for parole review; due to being in county for 8 months prior. When it was time to consider a parole attorney, I was unsure where... to begin to look! Through word of mouth, I heard of the amazing, compassionate work Ms. Susan Ashley offers to her clients. Within days of my husbands transfer to TDCJ, I hired Ms. Ashley to defend his case. Ms. Ashley explained clearly that the chances were not favorable for the first parole, considering he had only been in TDCJ for a week. She worked diligently, to be as prepared as should could be, for such a short amount of time to work in. She was very helpful and her passion to help others was clear! She met with parole on Thursday and a decision was made by the very next day!! My husband was granted parole on the first time! Not even 5 weeks in TDCJ and my husband is coming home soon!! I believe through her hard work and research, Ms. Ashley was very well prepared to present a case that was different than all others. We are truly thankful for her and her willingness to help when all odds were not in our favor. Thank you Ms. Susan Ashley!

"I have known Susan Ashley for over ten years, but only recently got to work with her on a mutual case. She is diligent, dutiful, and result driven. We had a nearly impossible parole case with bad facts on the face of it, and yet she was able to get parole granted. I recommend Ms. Ashley highly."

"I strongly endorse Attorney Susan Ashley. I am familiar with the outstanding work that she has done over the thirty years that I have known her. I have referred her cases and I have handled cases with her. I personally watched Ms. Ashley pick a jury and try an intoxicated manslaughter case to a jury and get probation from a jury on the case. I also watched Ms. Ashley handle a parole revocation hearing and get a finding of no probable cause. She has skillfully handled some large drug cases that I referred to her. When I refer Susan Ashley a case I know that she will do a great job and that the client will really be very pleased with her representation."
