My husband got an FI-1 .... he’s coming home soon!

We hired Susan Ashley in April 2019- my husband went to prison March 28 2019. He had a complicated case and after speaking with the assistant Grace- she felt his story needed to be told. He got 6 yrs for dwi 3 or more. Mrs. Ashley spoke with him and got his story and then did a phone hearing and exp...lained the mishaps of the case. They did an amazing job!

Great Atorney, received FI-1

I was incarcerated in TDCJ for DWI 2 or more times and was refused parole twice and my "short wave" was taken away. It was then that my friend decided that I needed legal representation to come home. He found Susan Ashley on line and called her office and hired her. Ten months later when I came up ...for parole, I was unanimously approved and came home . There is no doubt in my mind that without Susan Ashley's help, I would have been refused again. Her presentation to the parole board put to rest any doubts put to rest any doubts that they would have had. I am home now on parole and very satisfied with her work.

Parole- Amarillo Board

I am a truck accident attorney in Houston, Texas. My younger Brother got into a little bit of trouble and was sentenced for intoxicated manslaughter, assault, etc. in Abilene, Texas; 40 years. A couple of years in, my family hired Susan to help get my Brother out. Susan visited my Brother in Abilene... many times and went out of her way to keep the family informed. As you may know, Abilene belongs to the Amarillo parole board- known to be the harshest parole board in Texas. Yet, Susan succeeded and now my Younger Brother will be out in September! We cannot be more grateful for Susan. Thank you.

EXCELLENT Top Notch Parole Attorney

I was searching for a parole attorney for my son and after many consultations I was getting very discouraged until I found Susan Ashley. I called her office late on a Friday afternoon probably close to closing time. I gave my name and number to her secretary and thought I wouldn't get a response unti...l Monday. That same evening around 7pm I received a call from Susan Ashley and presented my sons case to her and after talking with her I knew this was the parole attorney I needed to represent my son. I am so Thankful she took our case. My son was facing a 6yr sentence for DWI subsequent offense. He was sentenced in July of 2018. My son also had a prior conviction of 2 counts of felony DUI(death) 1 count of felony DUI(bodily injury). His chances of making first parole was slim to none. Susan Ashley is very knowledgeable in the prison system and has many years of experience. She was very thorough in assisting me in what I needed to do in getting the parole package together. She let us know what all the possibilities were with what to expect with the parole hearing. She kept me updated on everything that was going on. Susan sent her paralegal, Grace, to visit my son at the prison. She is also very knowledgeable of the prison system and my son was very impressed with her. No matter when I called her office my calls were returned the same day. Her staff is excellent. Everyone was so nice and pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. Susan Ashley and her staff really care about their clients. It is March 2019 and my son was approved for first parole after completion of a program prior to his release. My son and I cannot thank Susan Ashley enough for the outcome. My son will be coming home soon thanks to Susan Ashley and her staff. If you are looking for a top notch parole attorney I highly recommend Susan Ashley.

"I have known Susan Ashley for over ten years, but only recently got to work with her on a mutual case. She is diligent, dutiful, and result driven. We had a nearly impossible parole case with bad facts on the face of it, and yet she was able to get parole granted. I recommend Ms. Ashley highly."

"I strongly endorse Attorney Susan Ashley. I am familiar with the outstanding work that she has done over the thirty years that I have known her. I have referred her cases and I have handled cases with her. I personally watched Ms. Ashley pick a jury and try an intoxicated manslaughter case to a jury and get probation from a jury on the case. I also watched Ms. Ashley handle a parole revocation hearing and get a finding of no probable cause. She has skillfully handled some large drug cases that I referred to her. When I refer Susan Ashley a case I know that she will do a great job and that the client will really be very pleased with her representation."
