Wonderful Parole Attorney

I hired Susan to handle the parole for a good friend of mine who was incarcerated for a 3rd DWI. She was prompt, knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. Her fees were fair and both her advice and her presentation to the parole board were exactly what we needed. Now Ethan is coming home in 2 weeks... having served only a fraction of his sentence!

WON FIRST PAROLE!!!!

My husband was convicted of a felony & given 5 years in TDCJ, this was his 1st criminal offense ever. We were referred to Susan by a friend who also used Susan. Susan was able to get that friend set free on her 1st parole. I contacted Susan who reviewed the case & drove over an hour to meet my husban...d in TDCJ before she would say yes or no to taking the case. Susan wanted to meet my husband & get her opinion on the case before she just took my money. I was very appreciative of that as we had already paid so much in attorney fees. Susan met with my husband, got more details & decided to take our case. Everyone in TDCJ would tell my husband you never win your 1st case & all kinds of negative things. I met with Susan a couple times, got a great parole package together & would ask her questions & she was very helpful. She even contacted the trial attorney that we had used for the case to get more details & facts about the case. Once the date was set for us to talk with the parole board then Susan & I met to prep for the phone meeting with the Parole Board. We had previously met a couple times but that was all in regards to the parole package, case details & getting us to this point. Now she prepped me on how the conversation would go, how to answer & to get the facts that I wanted to share about my husband, etc… I had been shocked that we didn’t meet earlier to start prepping me for the call, but after we met I understand why we didn’t meet sooner as she wanted it all to be fresh on my mind. When the time for us to talk with the parole board, I met at her office & we called them. She was very prepared when she spoke to the parole board, she had remembered & had notes for all the facts that my husband & I had discussed with her. We worked well together, she did excellent presentation & the case was voted PAROLE on the 1st review!!! We will never be in this situation again, but I will definitely refer Susan to anyone that I know who needs a Parole Attorney.

Parole? Hire Susan Ashley

I hired Ms. Ashley for my husband's parole. He had his second felony DWI making his situation more difficult. Ms. Ashley took time to explain the process to me. She always returned calls or emails to answer questions and would call me to let me know what was next. My husband did not make his firs...t parole which was expected, Ms. Ashley made arrangements for me to talk with the first voter the next time around. She met with me two weeks prior to going to the parole board office so that I would know what to expect and feel comfortable. She did the work to know the case well plus know my husband's history and the second time was a success. I do recommend Ms. Ashley if you need a criminal attorney.

Stellar Attorney

We hired Miss. Ashley as a parole Lawyer for my son, on what we thought was a straight forward parole issue Shortly before his incarceration. As it turned out the case would not be that simple. My son was represented on his criminal case by another Attorney. The Lawyer was completely inept. He actual...ly lied to my son as to the terms of his plea bargain resulting in a mandatory minimum sentence. We asked Miss. Ashley if she could help on this case as well as his parole. Miss. Ashley then set to work on the criminal case and the plea deal that was signed based on the former Attorney's untruths. There was a finding of a deadly weapon charge, that the lawyer stated would be dropped and was not. We knew from the beginning that this would be a very difficult case, and that it would take a lot of hard work on her part. Miss. Ashley went above and beyond our expectations. She was always updating us on the status of the case, and spent a great amount of time explaining to us the facts and procedures that would be involved. Miss. Ashley was readily available for questions we may have had, and if she was not able to answer our calls, she returned them as soon as possible. Usually within a couple of hours. I can say that we were kept in the loop, and well informed. Miss. Ashley was able to set a meeting with the elected D.A on the case, and to have a new court date set in order to address the matter. As a result of her hard work and dedication she was able to reform the original judgment, and have the finding of the deadly weapon dropped, allowing for a parole possibility much sooner than when he had the mandatory minimum . Many hours were spent preparing for this day in court. The degree of knowledge and legal expertise exhibited by Miss. Ashley is truly astounding. She is a true professional. Her performance in court was exceptional. I have the upmost respect for her as a professional. We are extremely confidant in Miss. Ashley going forward to the parole phase for my son.

Susan Ashely "KILLED IT"

My husband was sentence to prison for 10 years on a Assualt Charge, being that my husband was denied his first parole I wanted him to be represented by a parole attorney for his next parole. I started looking up attorney online I emailed quite a few! Half of the once that responded didn't want to tak...e the case because they told me he would probably not make his second parole.!:( some of them didn't even respond! I contained to keep searching for a parole attorney and came across Susan Ashley from Houston,Tx. She emailed me right back and called me on a Saturday morning and told me she would take the case and do her best to help my husband make his second parole it was going to \ be a challenge with his charges! Susan met with my husband she wanted to sit and talk with him getting information about what happened and just getting to know him. My husband told me it was a good visit and felt good with her representing him. Susan always kept me informed with what the parole board needed as far as letters and who should write the letters, just very important details I would of not been able to do this on my own without her help. Finally it was time for my husband parole day and we had a interview with one of the parole commissioner. I met Susan before it was time to go in and she explained to me how it all works I was so nervouse and she saw that The Parole Commissioner gave Susan a compliment on the packet he said it was very easy to follow and he liked how she put the importance out their, that right there told me Susan A. did her best! She killed it!! I knew he read my letter just with the questions he was asking me and then he let me talk and Susan explained to him what happened how my husband was going in circles of the system that he couldn't get out of! He totally understood what she was meaning, how my husband trial went down and he didn't have a chance. The interview went very well when we were done Susan Ashley and myself felt good and she said we did our best giving him everything he needed to know. All I can say without the grace of God and Susan helping me with my husband parole he would have been denied again for the second time! But good news my husband made Parole!!! He was given a FI5 and he will be home soon!! I highly recommend Susan Ashley for a Parole Attorney she will do her best and help your love one come home soon:)). Thanks again Susan, Sincerely Monica}

"I strongly endorse Attorney Susan Ashley. I am familiar with the outstanding work that she has done over the thirty years that I have known her. I have referred her cases and I have handled cases with her. I personally watched Ms. Ashley pick a jury and try an intoxicated manslaughter case to a jury and get probation from a jury on the case. I also watched Ms. Ashley handle a parole revocation hearing and get a finding of no probable cause. She has skillfully handled some large drug cases that I referred to her. When I refer Susan Ashley a case I know that she will do a great job and that the client will really be very pleased with her representation."
