Best Parole Attorney

I hired Susan Ashley to represent my son’s parole case. My son was serving TDC time on a felony drug charge, but through Susan’s excellent representation he made his first parole. I want to share my experience with others who may be seeking legal representation to navigate the complex parole pro...cess within the State of Texas. Our family interviewed parole attorneys to help our son achieve parole status as quickly as possible. Because several family members are attorneys at law, we had insight into the type of expertise and qualities effective legal advocates must possess. Our goal was to select an attorney who demonstrated a keen understanding of the State’s parole process and who had a successful history helping clients achieve parole as soon as possible. Most importantly, we wanted a true advocate for our son, someone who cared about our son’s situation and who wanted to help soften the impact to his life. We are so happy we chose Susan to represent our son because she more than fulfilled our hopes and expectations. Susan’s diligence and her strong instincts produced the results we hoped to obtain. Susan took time to explain the details of the parole review process, the projected timeline for review, and carefully explained the strengths and weaknesses of our son’s case. She shared her strategy to advocate on his behalf to the Parole Board Member reviewing the case. She offered excellent coaching to help us obtain Letters of Support for my son, prepare a resume on his behalf, including college transcripts and work history, photos of home and family and validation of counseling he had completed to remain drug-free. Susan communicated with us on a regular basis. She always returned our phone calls and was very flexible to set up meeting times for review. As we met with the Parole Board Member assigned to review our son’s case, Susan presented our son very articulately. Her presentation skills are straight-forward, and she presents counter arguments in a polite, but effective manner. In summary, our family is incredibly grateful for Susan’s management and oversight of our son’s case and pleased with our decision to engage her legal services. We are writing this review to help others who may be seeking legal resources on behalf of a family member or friend and can benefit from our experience. Elizabeth W. The Woodlands, Texas

The Only Parole Lawyer to Hire in Texas!

I retained Ms. Ashley when I received a 5 year sentence to TDCJ for a third degree felony possession of a controlled substance charge that was a rather complex case for which I had three criminal defense attorneys all highly respected and recognized in their practices. Ms. Ashley absolutely exceeded ...the very high recommendations I was given about her and performed flawlessly to her word without fail while keeping me consistently informed of her progress. At my first, yes FIRST, parole review she was able to swiftly get not only my immediate release (F1); but, did so while successfully acquiring an interstate compact allowing me to parole directly to Louisiana. I was impressed by her reputation alone which is not easy as I am the son of a very prominent third-generation attorney; however she singlehandedly and undeniably outshined my entire legal team as the best attorney. I would absolutely recommend Ms. Ashley to anyone needing the best parole lawyer there is in the entire state of Texas; I can personally attest to her legal prowess as the results she attained for me most top tier attorneys would not know where to even start to come close to her work. She is at the forefront of her niche field of practice and her consistently favorable parole board rulings attest to this beyond any shred of doubt - something I do not ever say lightly. I saved the best for last, Susan Ashley did all this in under 90 days of being incarcerated; there are no other attorneys even close to her level and she is the only choice there is if you want a favorable ruling.

Performance Review

We hired Susan Ashley and found her to be an excellent parole attorney. She was very thorough and she read and analyzed all of the information regarding our son's case. She was especially helpful with her direction in completing the parole packet. Ours was a difficult case, but, with Ms Ashley's h...elp, she was able to assist in getting an early release for us. We highly recommend Ms. Ashley if you're looking for an attorney who will be very realistic with you, while being kind and working hard in the best intetest of her clients.

Best Parole Lawyer Hands Down

I found Susan by chance. I recently worked with her to get me out on parole from a criminal defense case that involved two counts of child pornography possession. She visited me in person and then worked very closely with my previous trial lawyer. This ensured that she was able to effectively communi...cate my story and give me the best shot possible. And it worked, I was let out on the shortest possible parole period available. If you are considering hiring Susan, know that she is very professional and thorough. She is effective with communicating her goals and tells you exactly what you need to do to be successful. I believe it was because of her that I was able to get out so early.

Great lawyer

This is my 2nd time hiring Susan Ashley as a Parole lawyer 1st time it was for a friend and 2nd time for my husband, both times I received successful results and both were granted parole on the 1st time being Susan Ashley to represent them. I had no problems in communicating with her, she is patientl...y answering all questions you may have with the case, and on both times I was given great results. My husband after 2 year set offs back to back ( Susan Ashley was not hired yet), he was finally given parole this year because of her, and I am extremely happy for that. I will finally have my husband home. If you need a parole lawyer to represent your loved one, keep Susan Ashley in mind, she is great, and very professional at what she does. Thank you so much Susan for everything you have done for us and our family.

"I strongly endorse Attorney Susan Ashley. I am familiar with the outstanding work that she has done over the thirty years that I have known her. I have referred her cases and I have handled cases with her. I personally watched Ms. Ashley pick a jury and try an intoxicated manslaughter case to a jury and get probation from a jury on the case. I also watched Ms. Ashley handle a parole revocation hearing and get a finding of no probable cause. She has skillfully handled some large drug cases that I referred to her. When I refer Susan Ashley a case I know that she will do a great job and that the client will really be very pleased with her representation."
