Best Parole Attorney in Texas

Susan is the best parole attorney in Texas hands down. You don't need to look any further. She is straight to the point and will let you know what to expect during the process. My husband had two 15 year sentences that ran consecutive and made it possible for him to be back home with his family with ...a completion of a program. She made this happen with the Amarillo board. She is amazing. She answers and returns calls promptly regardless what time of the day and night. She is very knowledgeable of how the system works and let's you know what to expect

BEST PAROLE ATTORNEY IN TEXAS!

I hired Susan Ashley to represent my husband after five years of set offs. His case was a difficult one because he had a prior drug case and wasn't out long before he caught another drug case. The first case was a Drug Free Zone, which made him ineligible for a projected release date so parole was ne...ver a promise! The county we resided in is a very hard jurisdiction and with her knowledge of the law and research of the district attorney's criminal case file Ms. Ashley conquered the parole boards decision! The process was smooth and her expertise awesome! I highly recommend Ms Ashley

Great Parole Attorney

I recently hired Ms. Susan Ashley to represent me in my case and assist in getting my parole approved. Ms. Ashley made and received phone calls to both my sister and myself. She requested and obtained all of the files from my trial attorney and was able to receive them and to fully understand ...my case in order to successfully present it to the parole board. The maximum sentence for my case was 5 years, including time served in county. I first attempted to represent myself and discovered I needed a specialist who dealt in paroles. My sister helped me find and hire Ms. Ashley and did so in time for her to get involved in the next attempt at parole. Because of her preparation on my file, Ms. Ashley's first presentation to the parole board provided us with the best result we could have asked for. You could say that we got what we paid for with Ms. Ashley. With the time served before going to prison added to the time in the prison, I served a total of 25 months out of the 60 month sentence. I suggest that when you are interviewing for a parole attorney try to find the one that shows a genuine interest in your case. Based on my results, I would recommend Ms. Susan Ashley. Thank you Ms. Ashley. Chris

I Highly Recommend Susan as a Parole Attorney

Susan worked so hard to get a positive result with the parole board and won! She even talked to the prosecutor and requested the file from the state to help better build the case. Our family is beyond thrilled, and we highly recommend Susan to anyone in need of a parole attorney. Thank you, Susan!

Professional, experienced, attorney for parole representation

I needed representation for parole hearing and had spoken to several attorneys who were unwilling to take a very challenging case. As a repeat offender with a 7 year sentence, chances for parole were not likely and having been denied several times already, parole would be difficult if not impossib...le. I was giving Attorney Susan Ashley's contact information by another inmate who advised me she was very experienced. Ms Ashley accepted my case, knowing it would be a very challenging case . I am happy to say that she was well prepared on a very short notice of parole hearing and was successful in her presentation to the parole board. Her knowledge, experience and presentation skills were effective, and she was successful in winning a favorable outcome at my parole hearing under extremely challenging and difficult circumstances. My entire family are so very grateful for her dedicated work to secure parole. I highly recommend Ms Ashley if you are in need of legal representation, no matter how challenging your case and if you are looking for an attorney that takes her clients needs seriously, works diligently to be prepared and utilizes her years of experience, knowledge to represent her clients and ultimately gain favorable outcome. We shall be forever grateful for, not just her professionalism but also for her sincere caring concerns.

"I have known Susan Ashley for over ten years, but only recently got to work with her on a mutual case. She is diligent, dutiful, and result driven. We had a nearly impossible parole case with bad facts on the face of it, and yet she was able to get parole granted. I recommend Ms. Ashley highly."

"I strongly endorse Attorney Susan Ashley. I am familiar with the outstanding work that she has done over the thirty years that I have known her. I have referred her cases and I have handled cases with her. I personally watched Ms. Ashley pick a jury and try an intoxicated manslaughter case to a jury and get probation from a jury on the case. I also watched Ms. Ashley handle a parole revocation hearing and get a finding of no probable cause. She has skillfully handled some large drug cases that I referred to her. When I refer Susan Ashley a case I know that she will do a great job and that the client will really be very pleased with her representation."
