Josh represents a diverse variety of clients including individuals, non-profit organizations, small businesses, and large independent oil & gas companies. Josh focuses primarily on litigation with an emphasis on labor & employment matters, corporate transactions, and aviation. Josh is an experienced airline transport pilot with more than 20 years and 6,000 hours of flying experience. Josh is often sought for expert testimony and media consulting in aviation-related matters.

In addition to managing The Verde Law Firm, PLLC, Josh served as general counsel for a Houston-based oilfield services company. While serving in that capacity, Josh worked with outside legal counsel and financial advisers to guide the company through a complete financial restructuring that resulted in the elimination of nearly $100 million in contingent liabilities and a nine-figure sale of assets. The Verde Law Firm, PLLC continues to advise energy companies in employment matters, restructuring, contracts, and bankruptcy.

Knowing the importance of pro bono work and giving back to the community, the attorneys at The Verde Law Firm, PLLC are encouraged to volunteer their time and expertise to assist those clients who are not able to afford legal representation. In connection with this commitment, Josh has volunteered at the legal clinic at the Michael E. Genuine appreciation

I contacted several lawyers with respect to discrimination. Not only was Josh the only one to call me back but he did promptly. Spoke at length with me on the phone and provided free consultation and advice. It was more than I expected, and I genuinely appreciate it especially since my case was already past the statute of limitations. He went out of his way to try and help and again I genuinely appreciate it :)

Amazing Experience

Simply put, Josh is amazing. He takes the time to listen to everything you have to say, asks insightful questions, and ensures that you're ready for anything that might come your way. He responds promptly to emails and missed calls, and answers your question in its entirety. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, and even if I had (what I considered to be silly) questions, he never made me feel small. He set expectations from the very beginning without misleading you, and understands that you're going through a rough time in life.
