I contacted several lawyers with respect to discrimination. Not only was Josh the only one to call me back but he did promptly. Spoke at length with me on the phone and provided free consultation and advice. It was more than I expected, and I genuinely appreciate it especially since my case was al...ready past the statute of limitations. He went out of his way to try and help and again I genuinely appreciate it :)

I did not hire Mr. Verde, I only had a consultation but I can tell from my consultation that he was very experienced in the are of my need. He actually allowed me to call him back several times with many questions at no cost, which was shocking but very much appreciated. Mr. Verde gave his honest opi...nion on my situation and gave a fair recommendation. I would have hired him but he felt my case would be rather complex and I might lose more money than it would be worth. While I didn't 100% agree, I did agree it was complex and I respected and trusted his guidance and feedback and his respectful approach in declining to take the case.

I'm not sure if Mr. Verde will take my case or not but I had to write this review about his professionalism and generosity in giving me a call about my case. It was truly a joy to speak with him and the consultation was all free. This was truly Favor and I'm praying he takes my case. Very knowledgeab...le and Very impressive.

My employer recently announced the closing of its local distribution center. They presented all the employees with paperwork explaining the process of the shutdown. The employees have been given the option to transfer to another position within the company locally, if one was available. Another choic...e is to move to another distribution center in another part of the state. All the employees were asked to sign several documents regarding our intentions for future employment. I was concerned that I was being asked to sign away any rights that I might have. I met with Mr. Verde at his office for a consultation and shared with him copies of everything I had been given and had signed. He reviewed the documents and asked me several questions. He spent over an hour with me, explaining my options and assuring me that everything to this point was legitimate. Mr. Verde even offered to review any future documents I may be asked to sign, all of this for free. Mr. Verde was patient and generous with his knowledge. He gave me a sense of confidence and relief.
