My name is Marcus Wilkerson and I was born and raised right here in Texas. Although my family moved quite a bit, as my father was a carpenter with Brown & Root, I consider Orange, Texas my hometown. I have always had a passion for helping and empowering people. Prior to going to law school, I graduated from Lamar University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. It was then that I decided I could best empower people and fight for justice by becomming an attorney. I attended law school in Houston at South Texas College of Law and graduated Cum Laude in December, 2010. correction of name

I had to hire an attorney due to the change of laws of being able to get on an airplane to fly. When October 2020 you will not be able to get on a plane without a passport or driver license TSA approved with a star not knowing that my divorce paper were not correct. Mr. Wilkerson and his staff were very helpful with my problem.

Execellent Attorney

Mr. Wilkerson was willing to listen every time I called him. Every question I had for him was answered with detail and knowledge. He was professional as well as sympathetic to my case. I always understood where my case was headed, was well informed on the possible outcomes, and always felt as if I was taken seriously. Criminal Defense

He traveled over 600 miles to represent me in a criminal defense case and got me a dream plea. He was supportive and I never felt ignored or that he was to busy to take my calls. Scared to over joyed

He was very professional.Had false allegations of rape dismissed in one day. I am truly thankful for all he has done. If I ever need a Lawyer again, I wouldn't go to anyone else but him.

Affordable and hard work

I payed a down payment and then he took payment arrangements every two weeks. He was very assertive on my case. He made it as less stressful on me as he possibly could. Thank you Marcus for the great work you do. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Marcus Handled my Estate and my Power of attorney

I came to Marcus about 9 months ago to set up my Last Will and Testament also, To Name the executor Over my Estate, as well as my my Power of Attorney's. Which include Medical, and Power Of Attorney of my persons. Marcus is VERY well skilled in how to handle high profile clients and very well known socialites such as myself. He had the whole thing done with in a weeks time. And charges a very fair amount in the services in which he provides. With each client he takes on there legal matters with the up most respect and dignity, making sure each client is extremely satisfied with the work he does for them. He's a rising star in the field of law. I definitely recommend him for any legal advice and action you may need.

VERY pleased!!

Very pleased with Mr Wilkerson! He was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process of my case. I'm a father who was awarded primary custody of my daughter.

I recently had a child custody and support issue regarding my youngest daughter. Mr, Wilkerson informed me of the entire process I would experience from start to finish as well as my various options and what would be involved in pursuing each option. Based on his counsel, advice and representation, I was named custodial parent, the court entered a modified standard possession order that graduated my ex-girlfriend's visitation from supervised visitation to the first, third and fifth weekend over the course of six weeks and she was ordered to pay child support.
