I approached Josh with an issue in 2019. He was extremely helpful and then began offering ideas and solutions that I had not even considered. If it were not for his knowledge of the law and his practical experience with employment and labor issues, I am quite sure I would have made a very unfortunate... and uniformed decision. I went to talk to Josh about my former employer and how I had been let go after 28 1/2 years and they kept the other admin instead of giving me options to stay. Josh explained my situation and he told me if I wanted to sue them I'd have to go back to Ohio where my job had been. Suing them wasn't the... only option he gave me and he chose to talk to them on my behalf instead and it worked. I wasn't looking to get rich just wanted my severance pay paid as a lump sum rather than over the course of 3 to 4 months which would have messed up my unemployment, and within a matter of weeks the issue was resolved and I was extremely happy. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking to intercede on their behalf with a current or former employer. Everything was handled the way I would have wanted. I was paid a lump sum for my severance but I did ask him to have them pay his fees because he was entitle to those and so much more. Love this guy.
