I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Elchonon Reizes. When I first contacted Ely about the discrimination that I was subjected to, he listened to everything I had to say, reviewed and studied my case closely, took the time to develop a strategy, and prepared me for all phases of the EEO process.... My interaction with Ely has always been positive. He truly cares about the cases he argues and also cares about the clients he represents. Before deciding to retain Attorney Reizes, I completed multiple interviews with various firms to find the best fit for my situation. It has taken me way too long to write this review, but I am sure Ely understands. He will understand, because throughout the 2.5 years he was my attorney he took the time to really get to know me. He helped me make decisions based on sound legal advice AND how he thought it might affect me emotionall...y. He represented me throughout an EEO case with a large employer. This process takes such an emotional toll on someone, and will likely make you start questioning yourself. Your self-esteem begins to plunder and it becomes very difficult to make rational decisions. Ely was there to help guide me with those decisions. He didn’t make the decisions for me, but, he helped me feel confident that I was capable of making hard decisions. He provided options and told me the pros and cons of them and helped me make a sound decision. Never once did I feel pressured by him. . During times I was being gaslighted by my employer, he was calming and helped me keep my strength to continue advocating for myself. My outcome was very positive and he was worth every penny. Honestly, I will never be able to put into words the impact he had in my life…just know, if you hire Ely you will be taken care of. He is a gem.

I hired Ely to represent me in an EEO case. I was quite nervous about the case because I had never been through the process before. Ely though in the early part of his career made me feel at ease because he took such a hands on approach with me.
