I hired Ely almost 5 yrs ago,,,,,our cases with the EEOC were slow and tedious,,, but, Ely was always patient and he assured me that my case will eventually be in our favor. EEOC cases usually very long..... so anyone experiencing the same delays... be patient...... Ely will prevail for you. We... eventually won our case,,,,and we opened up more cases that were like or related to the first case....we are waiting on the results of those cases..which Ely says with confidence we will win. I don't doubt him ..As I said EEOC is slow..... but with Ely on your side.... I promise you a favorable result and a friend in the end. Consulted and hired Ely for 2 Reasonable Accomodations Request. The agency never engaged in the interactive process and commenced to retaliate shortly thereafter disclosing my disabilities. Contacted EEO and failed for discrimination. We got our Notice of Right to File last week and Mr. Yaakov will ...be filing within 15 days per policy. My supervisor crapped in his pants when he found out we filed. Ely and Yakoov also represented me in a Limited Light Duty Meeting with Management and HR. We denied the LLD letter and filed a lengthy response to DOL indicating how the LLD violates my restrictions using DOL policy, procedures, rules, regulations and case law.
