Consulted and hired Ely for 2 Reasonable Accomodations Request. The agency never engaged in the interactive process and commenced to retaliate shortly thereafter disclosing my disabilities. Contacted EEO and failed for discrimination. We got our Notice of Right to File last week and Mr. Yaakov will ...be filing within 15 days per policy.
