When I contacted the MSPB I was not sure how it worked. I suppose they select an attorney for you. I was given Ely Reizes, ESQ. I was skeptical at first not knowing if paying for an attorney would be a good idea, I just didn’t want the representative from my organization to represent me because of de...aling with them in the past they aren’t fair and impartial. At first i was a little bit unsure as if Mr. Reizes had my best interest at heart. However he was understanding, and was dedicated towards my case. He was available and attentive. He made sure that he did his research before any conversation and the mediation. His attention and services were very professional. He has a balance of professionalism, compassion and kindness.
