I prefer to not share details of my case, but I don’t know where I would be if it had not been for Mr. Davila.
He listened to me through my crying and I truly felt like he understood me.
I will forever be grateful to him for everything he did to not only solve my case, but also to wake up the fighter in me when I felt so broken.
Christian A. Davila grew up in Laredo, Texas. He attended J.B. Alexander High School and graduated with various honors.
He studied at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU), and participated in multiple internship programs across various fields of study including the University of Texas Medical Branch-School of Medicine's "Early Medical School Acceptance Program," and the Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities' "National Internship Program" at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. Christian ultimately received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Thereafter, Christian was accepted into the law program at St. Mary’s University-School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While in law school, Christian got a head start as an attorney with the prestigious law firm, Schoenbaum, Curphy & Scanlan, P.C. He also performed legal work for the Office of the District Attorney for the 49th Judicial District of Texas, the U.S. Attorney’s Office-Western District of Texas, and various San Antonio criminal defense law firms.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University and becoming a member of the State Bar of Texas, Christian became an Assistant District Attorney for the 49th Judicial District of Texas in Laredo. There, he prosecuted hundreds of cases and dominated in the courtroom. He then transitioned into private practice and worked for a prestigious civil litigation firm in Laredo. While facing a variety of challenging legal issues in private practice, Christian discovered his serious talent for legal researching, drafting, and negotiating. He has utilized various opportunities to sharpen that talent and become one of the best.
Aside from being a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas, Christian is also a member of the American Bar Association; Business Law Section of the State Bar of Texas; Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas; National Association of Realtors; Texas Association of Realtors; Laredo Association of Realtors; and is a licensed realtor in Texas.
