Divorce

Great attorney, wealth of knowledge and experience. My wife hired a large law firm, Tyler immediately leveled the playing field and brought them to the table for a fair and just settlement. They did not want to go to court against Tyler. Extremely fair billing, I had a great overall experience, he... knew how to handle everything. I will go back to him if I ever need more legal help.

Professional and effective

Tyler handled my divorce case three years ago, and I could not be happier with the outcome. At the start, my situation looked very bleak: I was served with my wife’s divorce lawsuit on the day she left the state with my child, and she had hired an attorney who was probably the most expensive in th...e state. I quickly needed an experienced attorney and hired Tyler. By the end of the case, I had custody of my child, all of the provisions that were important to me, and a reasonable division of property. Tyler is compassionate yet tough, and I felt his advice was very sound. He was particularly adept at spotting elements of my case that were important to the court but which I didn’t think were remarkable; and also at steering me away from pursuing things that seemed important during the battle but would later prove unimportant. He is very responsive, usually returning calls or emails the same day. Although I hope to never need a family law attorney again, I would not hesitate to hire Tyler if the need arose. I recommend him without reservation.

long-time attorney

Tyler Moore has represented me and my family over the course of some thirty five years and has always provided excellent and timely advise and counsel. Recently my wife and I discovered that our wills that were prepared by another attorney were far out of date as our circumstances and needs have evo...lved over the years. Tyler did an excellent job of following our requests and made very insightful suggestions to us to reduce or eliminate altogether any future issues with our estates and our choice of trustee. I heartily recommend Tyler Moore for any family law need!

Great attorney! Responsive and available

Great attorney! always available by phone or email and willing to respond to even the simplest questions. I will certainly use him again in the future.

Excellent counselor

Tyler is a great lawyer. He has a meticulous attention to detail and is a wonderful advocate for his client. Can not say enough good about Tyler. Tyler helped to see that the case was dismissed because the State had no evidence of wrongdoing and an overzealous police officer who wanted to be malic...ious.
