About Daniel
Biography
The most important aspect of being a lawyer to me is effective communication. I believe it is my responsibility to ensure my clients understand their legal rights and responsibilities even if it may be something they do not want to hear. I think too many attorneys tell their clients what they want to hear. You should always be skeptical if your attorney tells you exactly what you want to hear. I think my lawyering skills have been developed throughout my lifetime.
About me: I hold two bachelor's degrees, the first from The University of Arizona and the second from Cal State University Northridge. I attended law school at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Finally, I am licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Prior to attending law school, I worked in the financial world, specifically in the area of distressed real estate. I hold a number of real estate/loan originator licenses throughout the country. I also hold a number of Securities Licenses including: Series 7, Series 66, and a Series 31.
