Gardner has done what I thought was impossible- enforcing my divorce decree. My ex-husband is a lawyer and even though he agreed to the divorce decree, after it was final he told me he wouldn't pay child support and would bring my son home when he felt like it. He said if I didn't like it then to tak...e him to court. After four years, of trying to be understanding and work things out, I reluctantly turned back to the courts to intervene. Gardner has always done fantastic work for me. I first hired him for a pre-nup. His did an excellent job. He made the process easy for us both, and at the same time his work was very thorough. I never intended to use the pre-nup, of course. I married for what I thought was life. Sadly though, that day came. He was just as excellent throughout the divorce process.
