You need to call them for current updates and they treat you as you do not matter. I have never seen any paperwork to prove any legal action has begun and I have had them for over 3 years now. . Replied last July 07, 2021Because this post is anonymous, I don't know if you are truly a client of the firm or just the marketer for a competitor posting negative reviews. We do send out updates once a month via email and via text message and we do return client calls. Bad/No, communication,can never get in touch with anyone.They never call back,and the lawyers take more of what of what settlement is for and leave you with little to nothing,not a good law office me...

Replied last July 07, 2021I think you must have the wrong law office. We update our clients monthly via email and via text message and we never take more of a fee than a client receives. Because this is an "anonymous" post, I assume you were not really ever a client of the firm and you work for a competing firm or the marketing firm for other firms. If you are truly a client of the firm, contact me personally and I will make sure any issues are resolved. - Don
