The first meeting with our immigration lawyer was a pleasant surprise. Pegah was very caring and personable. She was attentive while we told her our story, taking notes and asking questions about things we had not considered. After getting a good idea of our situation, Pegah laid out a broad gameplan of what would need to be done to achieve our end goals. Rahgozar Law Firm finally made the last three years of stress and anxiety melt away. My husband and I filed our I-485 and I-130 in September of 2017. Had I known how much we were going to go through; I would have hired an attorney from the start. We used a company located in Rosenberg (I think) in a ...strip mall. The business staff was very nice, but they did miss some items on our application that Attorney Rahgozar noticed. We had our interview in February of 2019, and after that heard nothing. We kept calling USCIS for an update with no results except they received our request and a notice was sent. We never received that notice even though we used the form on the USCIS website to notify a change of address last November. Finally, in January of this year, we looked for an attorney and found Pegah Rahgozar. Thank goodness we did as USCIS had sent the notice to the wrong address. Ms. Rahgozar was very kind when listening to our case. She sent us very detailed and thorough emails with the steps and documentation to gather (COVID19 had already started). Even though all our correspondence was by phone or email, She or her colleague Yenifer always responded to our communication timely and told us exactly what we needed to do. USCIS had sent a letter of intent to deny. It was crazy as one of the reasons they were going to deny was that I had not proven I was US Citizen?? I was born here and lived in the US all my life. We sent the mountain of documents to Ms. Rahgozar’ s offices and she compiled a huge file response that she sent to USCIS. They reopened our application which they had sent a denial notice, and my husbands’ application for the green card was finally approved on July 9th. I highly recommend Ms. Rahgozar and her team.
