Biography
Randi Megan Otwell has been a practicing attorney for eight years and has devoted a majority of her time in practice to immigration law. As an immigration attorney, she has litigated cases in Immigration Court, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She has also assisted clients in obtaining successful results in naturalization cases, petitions for alien relatives, petitions for alien workers, adjustment applications, VAWA cases, and consular processing, including waivers of inadmissibility.
Prior to starting her own legal practice, Randi Megan Otwell worked at multiple boutique law firms in Dallas, Texas. While she gained invaluable experience at those firms, she started her own firm with the goal of providing clients with greater personalized service at more affordable rates. The immigration process can be a difficult one, and Randi Megan Otwell firmly believes that an immigration lawyer should make the process easier, not harder.
