Biography
Pegah Rahgozar is the founding attorney of Rahgozar Law Firm, PLLC, a Houston personal injury practice that represents workers and families after serious accidents on the Gulf Coast.
The firm handles maritime and Jones Act claims for crew injured on vessels, barges and offshore platforms; oilfield and refinery accident cases across the Houston Ship Channel, the Permian Basin and the Golden Triangle; and 18-wheeler, car, motorcycle and
pedestrian crashes throughout Texas. The firm also brings wrongful death claims for families who have lost someone in these accidents.
Ms. Rahgozar earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center with concentrations in personal injury, oil and gas, and employment law. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. in Political Science. Before opening her own firm she clerked for Justice Tracy Christopher at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston and for the Office of the General Counsel of the University of Houston System.
She is licensed in Texas and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
