TBOTE issue

Mr. Bennett helped me with an issue I had with TBOTE. He was always available by phone and very helpful. I appreciated that he actually consulted with me over the phone and provided me with useful information before we agreed to work together. With his help I was able to handle the issue with a highe...r quality response than I could have achieved alone. He was very accommodating with payment and fees. I would recommend him to anyone and would utilize his services again, if needed.

Texas LBA

Mr. Bob and his team did a great job trying to understand the details of my case, they pay attention to what I had to say and listen to my concerns, they were quick to answer to my phone call when I first contacted them and they were very quick to contact The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulat...ion to make sure they were understanding the accusations. Mr. Bob always made sure they had all the documents needed and answers they needed before answering any request made by the investigator or the prosecutor. My case was closed and dismissed in 41 days which it was pretty amazing and gave me the peace of mind I needed after all the stress of this process.

If you have a professional license and a Board in Austin, we can help you with getting, keeping, or understanding issues with your license. Forty-five years + of administrative hearings and licensing cases, provides a wealth of information that is at your disposal. We have more reviews than any attorney who does this specialized work in the State of Texas. At the present time with 240 reviews 98% are positive. You can't please all the people all the time, but you can usually please 98% of them with your work. Was with the DA's Office in Law School, worked as a Federal Trial Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas, served as Chief Corporate Counsel for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Guatemala, CA, and have practice continuously in Texas 45+ years. Experience counts.

Knowledgeable about the TX BOLE

Mr. Bennett quickly called me back and responded to my questions about the TX BOLE. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated his time and knowledge over TX BOLE. Thank you again, Mr. Bennett.

Any inquiries from Law Students or Lawyers are welcomed and If I can quickly answer the questions you have, there is no charge. If you have to send me documents that need to be studied and considered before a recommendation is made, the minimum amount is $1,000.00. If a hearing is necessary in Austin, Texas, the charge is usually around $10,000.00 plus expenses. The total amount can be negotiated and payments can be used. But the most important recommendation is to NOT go this alone. We can find a way to help you.

Excellent all around

I had several questions about the C&F process and reached out to Bob for a free consultation. Bob was extremely knowledgeable, extremely gracious, extremely patient, and extremely helpful all around. I would not hesitate to recommend Bob if you are looking for a go-to bar application expert.

Excellent Experience and Results

After receiving a negative preliminary screening by the Texas BOLE, I was terrified I would not be able to become a licensed attorney. I reached out to Mr. Bennett, and he provided excellent guidance leading up to my hearing. Additionally, several months before my hearing was scheduled, he met with B...OLE representatives to discuss my case in person; requesting that it be dismissed. Ultimately, the BOLE determined that they would like to move forward with the hearing and set a date. Mr. Bennett submitted an excellent response. The next day the BOLE re-reviewed my case and decided to dismiss it a week before my scheduled hearing date. Throughout the process, Mr. Bennett always gave me sound advice, and it was evident that he is very experienced dealing with matters such as mine. I would certainly recommend him to anyone similarly situated because I am confident he will work to get the best result possible.

If your attorney has not tried to have your PDL dismissed prior to your hearing, maybe you have the wrong attorney. This case shows that the BOLE will dismiss without a hearing. Why pay for a hearing when it may be dismissed?

Thanks to Bob’s cogent presentation: “The New SBOT Sunset Legislation (SB 302) And How It Will Impact Grievances, Complaints, and the General Practice of Law,” SLAGH attorneys are a step ahead. Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2017.

Partially Probated Suspension issued in TX, 2017

updated on 11/17/2021

Partially Probated Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice, he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Robert’s comment:

“The judge who imposed the sanction was removed from office. The SBOT Assistant Disciplinary Counsel who handled the case has left the OCDC in disgrace and the Chief Disciplinary Counsel was replaced. If you go to www.ocdc-revealed.com, you will see that I was prosecuted for political reasons and the case was reversed. If you fight with vigor and determination for your clients, you will upset the powers that be. We fought, we won, and are now fully reinstated. We can win for you!”
