Long to short - my divorce case is a mix of international + US assets, immigration issues and custody issue. As a wife, I am making more income than my ex-husband, hence the case is really coming down to protecting my own assets & all of my pension portfolios. As well as my work permit was unfortunat...ely dependent on his visa.
