Best family law attorney in Houston

I am a Nigerian who recently hired Anne Kennedy as my attorney in a contentious divorce involving child custody. Anne explained the family law process to me from the beginning and informed me of the worst-case scenario for custody split and potential child support payments based on my income. Ann...e and her team handled my case with exceptional dedication, expertise, and professionalism as we were up against a difficult and non-respondent opposing counsel who delayed document submissions, refused to compromise during mediation, and engaged in manipulative tactics. Throughout the process, Anne and her team promptly returned my calls, emails, and requests for teleconferences. Anne negotiated a favorable agreement that included a 50/50 custody split, reimbursement for my child's medical insurance, and no child support payment as my ex was gainfully employed. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney who was able to present me accurately as a loving, involved, and emotionally present father to my son. Overall, I strongly recommend Anne's firm to anyone involved in a family law case with a narcissistic ex who wants to use a child as a pawn, falsely claim abuse, abandonment, and gaslighting at every opportunity. Highly recommend for immigration purposes.

Let me start off by saying that I have been dealing with defense attorneys my whole adult life, I have had bad ones, good ones, and great ones. ANNE KENNEDY is by far the best attorney I have ever had work with me. Anne Kennedy is a meticulous well versed in all aspects of immigration law. And her... planning and execution is flawless. She will leave absolutely zero room for error in preparing a client for trial and going into legal proceedings the ground work she lays for the trial will leave the DA and Judge no room to work around the way the laws are written. My deportation hearing on paper was hopeless with upwards of 15 felony charges against me throughout my adult life. With her help and her process I won my proceedings and I'm now back with my family. I commend Anne Kennedy for her honesty as an attorney and for being a straight shooter she's not going to sell you dreams to take your money and leave you and your family high and dry on your worst day. BEST ATTORNEY EVER!

Ms. Kennedy is an incredible attorney. I hired her to assist me in a difficult albeit necessary divorce with children. She advocated for my children and me and understood the stress and strain that come with a volatile divorce. She took time to explain every question and concern I had (there were man...y) and went above and beyond to obtain the best possible outcome for my divorce and custody battle. I HIGHLY recommend Anne as a trusted, brilliant attorney to anyone who may need expert legal counsel during a divorce or custody battle. Anne also stayed within my budget and was intentional and mindful about keeping costs low while taking every necessary step to protect me and my children
