Very Appreciative of his advice and help!
My father's estate was very messy. It was harder on us becuase we live in Florida and the estate was in Texas. I had another attorney working on it at one point but he gave up. Phillip was recommended to us by a former client of his. He was able to guide us through the probate process, get over $300,000 returned to the estate and stop a meddling family member from destroying the entire estate. I would highly recomend Phillip Slaughter.

Great help during a stressful time
I found Mr. Slaughter to be a great asset during my divorce. He was able to walk me through the process step by step and made sure I knew what could possibly happen through the entire thing. He fought to make sure I got my fair share. I would hire him again in the future for legal help,

excellent
Phillip was a fantastic attorney during my family's time of grief. Nobody wants to go through litigation at this time but he was able to guide us through with a truly fantastic conclusion.

Alcoholic crap from Smithville
Failed to return calls. Neglected my case. Ultimately disappeared without forwarding addresses or phone numbers. Failed to file probate in a timely manner. Failed to file or complete probate matters. Did not pay for services of ad litem attorney. Offered poor and misleading advice (especially about the IRS). Agreed to refund monies to me; but never did. Never returned file. It was a terrible experience, I wish I had gotten a REAL probate attorney. Please take this review seriously. You DO NOT have to experience the neglect and malpractice we experienced with Phillip Neal Slaughter
