Professional and reliable

I contacted Mr Neyland looking for help with my misdemeanor charge of Assault on a Family Member. Immediately he helped me with this case and took a tremendous weight off my shoulders. Mr Neyland was able to successfully navigate a course with me and the prosecution and got my case dismissed. For ...that, I'm forever grateful, because I didn't want to be found guilty for something that I didn't do. Mr Neyland always explained every step of the way with me, and always responded to my multiple questions in a timely manner that made me feel like I was well represented by someone that was actually fighting for me.

Tickets dismissed

Dustan did an excellent job for me. He was attentive to all of my questions and inquiries. He responded in a prompt fashion. And he did everything he said he was going to do. I would hire him again without a doubt!!

Dustin Neyland is a great lawyer who works hard to get the best results possible

I have used Dustin Neyland as my lawyer 2 times and both times with the help of my God both cases have been dismissed. One of cases was a 2nd degree felony drug charge I could have got 5 to ten years of jail Dustin is a hands on lawyer who never waste anytime to investigate. And Put the case togethe...r. He was.always with me at every court.He is a tough lawyer who truly cares for his clients there for he fights hard for them. I believe God uses Dustin and has blessed him as excellent lawyer who works hard to get the best results for you.

Trustworthy, Excellent Criminal Defense Lawyer

Never thought I will be in a situation that needs a criminal defense lawyer. But after my spouse's overreaction led me into arrest under charge of domestic violence, I have to find best lawyer I could to protect myself. With so many great comments below, I chose Mr. Neyland without hesitation. My spo...use even filed divorce during my criminal charge, trying to gain advantage over me and took away my son. And immigration office found out my arrest and sent me request for evidence. So it's really vital for me to get this case dismissed and from the beginning Mr. Neyland told me this is the only way we need to work out. And dismissal is what we got! He's always there to address my concern and did his best to meet my need. Very professional and easy to communicate. I really thank Mr. Neyland for winning this vital case for me.

Attorney Nayland is great at what he does. He help me get out of jail and had the judge drop the probation and keep it off my record and recommended another attorney for another case
