Highly Recommend

Mr Neyland was recommened by a friend, after contacting his office he quickly got back to me and set up an appointment. I explained to him my case and he felt confident get could take care if this matter without any repercussions. Me Neyland handling everything and my case was dismissed. Glad I Hired Dustan

I was falsely accused of a crime that carried a 2 - 20 year sentence. Even though the police and district attorney had no evidence whatsoever of the crime being committed, they still proceeded to trial with the case. Dustan tried the case to a jury and got an 11-1 not guilty verdict. Then after the D...A wanted to retry the case they came back and dismissed it with prejudice meaning my case is over. I can not say enough about what Dustan and his firm did for me and if I ever need another lawyer in Texas he would be the guy without hesitation. His office allowed me to make payments which was a blessing as well. Make no mistake, if you need a criminal attorney in Houston, Dustan and the firm of Greco/Neyland should be your first and last call!

AMAZING CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY--CASE DISMISSED!

Dustan Neyland is an incredible defense attorney! He fought the DA's office every step of the way, and was able to get us a DISMISSAL! While he promised us nothing in the beginning, he gave us more than we could have ever asked for! The case was for an Assault on Family Member With Impeding Breathe--...Choking. There was no validity to the charge, and he made sure it went into the trash where it belonged! Hopefully we will never need his services again, but if you are looking for a top notch attorney HIRE DUSTAN!

Best choice for Lawyers

I went to court knowing that I was going to have to do some jail time Mr. Neyland was very confident that he can get it settled so glad I chose this lawyer I would recommend him to anyone else is very understanding he'll work with you. really not any much more I can ask from a lawyer he looked out... for what was good for me instead of a paycheck and I respect that out of him most other lawyers want to charge me double what he did and I wanted still get the same outcome that he gave . I will be using Mr Neyland for any future cases.

Reads between the lines!

After contacting this firm they told me a lawyer would call me back right away (it was after 6pm) and I heard from Dustan within 20 minutes of my initial call. He said he could meet with me the next day (Again, after hours). We looked at the charge filed against me and he picked up on an error that c...onstituted dismissal right away...something I would have never thought about. It was as simple as that! He asked I pay the retainer and went over the total costs with me, but he said if he gets it dismissed easily, he wouldn't charge me the full amount. I was honestly a little skeptical that a lawyer wouldn't end up charging as much as they possibly could, but Dustan kept his word in the end. During the first court hearing he diligently pursued dismissal based on the incorrect language used in the charge filed. He and the court clerk went back and forth on the validity of the argument, but Dustan ultimately won the decision! He didn't let up and didn't settle for anything the clerk pulled up online. He presented the findings to the judge and they threw the case out right there based on his argument. My jaw literally dropped right there in the court room! I couldn't believe it! Dustan kept his word and only charged me his hourly fee and the fee to expunge the charge from my record, which he also handled efficiently. I would recommend Dustan to anyone with any offense...he was easy to get in touch with, diligent, knowledgable and RELENTLESS! I truly believe I wouldn't have gotten a dismissal with anyone else. Worth every penny!
