satisfied client

My husband and I used Dustan Neyland for a criminal case this year. I researched many attorneys for my husband before we hired Dustan. When hiring an attorney it is very important that the client feels confident and comfortable with attorney, my husband was with Dustan. Dustan answered all of our ...questions honestly and openly. My husband and I are both very pleased with our attorney. Dustan is very knowledgeable of the law and works very hard for his clients. He is easy to get in touch with, always responds to texts, emails, or phone calls in a timely manner. My husband and I both recommend Dustan to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney.

Excellent Lawyer

First DWI

I got arrested for first DWI, after hiring my first attorney I quickly found out that I was just another dollar sign and my case went no where. After about 7 resets and zero cummunication later I showed up to court and my attorney wanted me to sign a document saying I was guilty. Frustrated, I imme...diately fired my first attorney and stumbled accross Dustin Neyland's web site. I called Dustin and he told me to come to his office that same day and bring my video of the incident. Immediately after Dustin watched the video I felt like Dustin was on my team 100%, and he was going do his best to help me fight this DWI arrest. I told Dustin about my frustration with my old attorney and he had compassion about my situation. Dustin helped me financially by working out a custom plan, he explained the court system in ways i could understand and he was loyal. Dustin Neyland is a bull dog attorney and he will fight for your rights. Dustin Neyland got my case dismissed, thanks Dustin

Great Lawyer and person.

Dustan did an outstanding job for me on my case. He was always available and knowledgeable of my case and its current status. He did exactly what he said he would do and at no time did I feel as if he was not working for the best possible outcome for me, his client. I would recommend him to anyone in... need of a lawyer. He did a fantastic job.

awsome lawyer

My husband was charged with something he didn't do in Montgomery county. I hired distance as our lawyer and he got it dismissed in about a month. He knows what he's doing and I highly recommend him for anything!
