Great lawyer

After searching avvo and getting a few recommendations from friends I settled on Dustan. It was his formidable avvo review profile that caught my eye and when I contacted him he seemed very confident he could fix my situation. For a second I thought perhaps too confident but I ended up going with my ...gut feeling and hired him (over a handful of other lawyers recommended to me by friends of mine) and lo and behold he got both my red light and paraphernalia tickets dismissed outright. If you have any kind of criminal charges Dustan is who you need to see. Very pleased with his performance. He will be a permanent presence in my phonebook. Can not recommend him highly enough

Knows what he is doing

I recommend the law office of Dustan Neyland. He understands the intricacies of the confusing court systems (federal, Harris County, Fort Bend County) and is also very good at creating a strategy to approach both federal and state criminal charges. I thought his rate was reasonable and he did allow... a payment plan.

Save my ass

First time I ever got in trouble I was nervous because I was facing a felony. I went through 5 lawyers prior to speaking with Dustan. He instilled confidence that he could get me the best outcome. I personally almost messed up my deal by getting trouble second time. Called Dustan and he reassured me.... I made sure to not get in anymore trouble. He handled both cases. The outcome was as good as I could have gotten. If you are ever in trouble I strongly recommend him. He won’t lie or bullshit you. Now; I make sure to keep my nose clean and no more trouble for me.
