Very confident

Dustan was very confident that he could get my case dismissed and insured that he would be able to do so before having to go to actual trial. Not only would I use him in the future but I would recommend him to anyone in need of a great attorney

Top lawyer you need on your side.

From when I first galled to his staff on the phone to set up an appointment it was all professional. I made my appointment and told him my situation. Instantly he made me feel comfortable. As knowledgable as he is he found a quick technicality within 20 min. Now this been said I had hired a lawyer be...fore him 4 month previous. All the last lawyer did is made me fear the law like if I was a criminal. Said promises but I couldn't even get a phone call back. I really hated myself for paying her so much money and they blew me off. I then started to read MR NEYLANDS reviews and as he did with my case he did with other clients. DONT BE CHEAP. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. HE IS A ON YOUR SIDE. i paid double because I paid my previous lawyer first. Don't be like me. Their is no promises but he is a GOOD GUY.

An Incredible Attorney

Dustan gave me another chance in life. My felony possession case was going to cost me my career I had a spent a lifetime building and my family, but he took a no win situation and gave me an outcome that no other attorney would have. He gave me several options when we first started all of which would... have been disastrous to my career, but with his outside the box thinking he gave me another option, a Pre-Trial Intervention, he warned me that it was a longshot but it was worth the effort for me to try because I had a lot to lose. He SUCEEDED!! I now have a second chance in life and thanks to him I still have my job and my daughter. I cannot thank him and his staff enough. I highly recommend Dustan Neyland, he is an incredible attorney and great person.
