Reliable and Trustworthy

Even though I've only worked with Mr. Neyland a short time, I was really impressed when I first spoke with him. He was willing to meet with me to sit and talk about my case the same day. I felt really comfortable that he would do his best to resolve my case as quickly as possible. He told me the poss...ibilities of my case and was always avaliable if I had any questions. Mr. Neyland, Thank you and I only wish you the best of luck.

Auto Accident Representation

My wife and I were involved in an auto accident in 2012. The at-fault driver ran a red light and T-boned my vehicle at 50 mph. The at-fault driver's insurance company had us in their office less than 48 hours post-accident trying to get us to take what seemed like a suspicious deal. I consulted Du...stan Neyland and signed a contract for him to represent me to the insurance company. I could not be happier with the results. My wife and I did not attempt to game the system. We went back to work the next week, painful as it was. Due to this, the insurance company wanted to pay virtually nothing stating we were not really injured. Dustan negotiated a great deal for us (we had realistic expectations and were not trying to get rich). He is obviously in practice to make money, but that did not keep him from keeping his clients' best interest as a first priority. You will not go wrong hiring him for representation.

Falsely Accused (Injury to Child)

Dustan has been a blessing not only to me but to my family and friends. I was falsely accused of injury to my child and was facing 5 years to life in prison.
