Handled 2 Cases for my Family

Mr. Neyland was absolutely phenomenal and a pleasure to work with. He handled both a case for myself and my oldest son and without him, I'm not so sure the outcome would have been the same as it was for both cases. Because I wouldn't have had the knowledge of how to handle either case. He was very ea...sy and reasonable to work with. A superb attorney

I think I had a superb attorney. He had previously worked for the DA so he knows how they work and think. He knows the law and legal system very well. He helped me out on a DWI case that was not a easy case that took 6 months to get my case dismissed. He said that he had worked harder on my case that... a lot of cases because it took more time. He finds all material that is possible to get to help in a case. I reccommend him to anyone. He is a very nice and easy to talk to person.

Competent, low-key

Dustan explained how it would work and at the time I didn't want to believe it. It worked out just the way he said it would. That's all you can ask for in this situation.

Knowledgable Trustworthy Attorney

I owe Dustan much gratitude. I was the victim of a person that had maliscious intent and was using the court system in an attempt to achieve what she wanted. I contacted about forty to fifty different attorneys before speaking with Dustan Neyland. From the second that I began explaining my case to hi...m I could feel the sincere concern in his voice. Through out the entire nightmare he was right there to answer my questions and provide me with the comfort that one seeks when facing adversity with the justice system. Ultimately, the end result was a dissmissal of my case. I would recommend the services of Dustan Neyland to anyone. To me it seems that he takes his clients cases personal and provides results. Excellent Lawyer and Human Being

Dustan represented me in a Possession of Marijuana case and Possession of controlled substance. I was referred by a friend. I had no idea how my case was going to turn out. My mom and I were extremely worried and didn't know if he was going to be committed to working hard to make sure I get the best... possible outcome. I was already on probation and things didn't look good. He met us immediately after calling him and was very patient and informative. He answered all of our questions and made us feel so much better about what I was facing. He promised to work hard and was never too busy to talk whenever we called no matter what time of day. He understood my future was hanging in the balance and I needed to get my case dismissed. His willingness to help people and not see them as another paycheck made the world of a difference. He worked with us on the fee and agreed to a payment plan that we were able to afford. He is not just a great lawyer but a wonderful human being. My cases were dismissed and now I can focus on living my life again with hope for the future.
