All Talk

When we hired Mr. Neyland he told us everything we wanted to hear but when it came down to the court date nothing he said in the beginning happened. We would have been better off with a court appointed lawyer. Mr. Neyland was chosen because of all the good reviews but in return my whole family felt l...ied to. We had to continuously be calling and texting this lawyer for information instead of it being the other way around.

Because this is my first negative review in over 5 years of practice, I feel compelled to respond. Of course, I am sorry that a client felt like I was unable to perform to their expectations. Every case is different and not every case gets dismissed. As a practice, I never promise any particular outcome for a case. Just because I am able to secure a dismissal for 10 clients with the same type of charge, does not that the next one will be dismissed. Also, I always return my client's calls as long as the client leaves a message. I also make it a rule to provide my client's with case updates as they are recieved through investigation or when we attend court.
