Personable, knowledgeable, capable

I consulted Dustan based on positive reviews. I hired Dustan because I found him to be knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me through this difficult situation. His approach was effective and successful. He was able to get my case dismissed. I hope to never need an attorney again; howeve...r, if I do, I will absolutely call Dustan Neyland.

Top Notch Trial Warrior

I was facing 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in a tough county with a District Attorney's office willing to do every dirty trick possible for a conviction. If convicted I was looking at doing at least 10 years prison as well as lost rights to my daughter and professional license.... My case went to trial and lasted approximately 4 days. It literally stormed raining every single day during trial and Mr. Neyland was always on time. He fought extremely hard during trial against 2 prosecutors. He was very knowledgeable, professional and an extremely talented trial attorney capable of allowing the jury to see the truth. He accomplished a "Not Guilty" verdict and I was acquitted on all charges I was facing at that time. As a licensed professional myself I recommend Dustan Neyland to be your attorney because he is an absolute trial warrior in the courtroom. He is also a great person and blessed by God with his talent.

Hands down the best!

We consulted with so many lawyers, all of them made us feel like we had little hope and then would try to sell them selves. Dustan was not like this. He is honest, sincere and not out to get your money, he genuinely took care of us. We had all.. and I mean ALL charges dropped. We couldn’t be happier ...with this guy.

State Jail Child Endangerment

I had a state jail child endangerment charge and was on pre trial conditions, I violated them twice. I went to court and Dustan got me a 12.44a 45 days County time. Dustan is an awesome attorney to have on your side and he was always prompt and on time. From the moment he entered the court room he wa...s strictly there to handle my case and did so very well.
