Excellent Attorney (Highly Recommended)

I hired Mr. Neyland after speaking with several other attorney's. I was charged with and accused of owning a business I never had any ownership in and was indited without a proper investigation. This was a tough case and the prosecutor did not care when he found out I did not own the business. His... only concern was getting a conviction, no matter the facts. After weighing all of the options of going to trial or taking a small deferred adjudication period, we opted for the deferred adjudication. I feel strongly Mr. Neyland could have proved my innocence but did not want to put my family though the "Hell" called Harris County Justice System. Mr. Neyland was very responsive and I would HIGHLY recommend his services.

Dustan Neyland was the best decission we could had made!!

Mr. Neyland was the exact opposite of what I was lead to believe all my life about Attorneys .(and politicians) From our very 1st visit he was very attentive, knowledgeable, and re-assuring to both my Husband and Myself. Anytime I called him he would either immediately answer or call or text me w...ithin 5 mins. I can't express enough how reassuring and honest Mr. Neyland was throughout my very stressful legal issues! I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him myself, as a personal Attorney in the future!

Hire Him!!!!

Dustan is a very knowledgable attorney, kept me inform of everything that was going on with my case. I took my case to trial & was very impressed with the way Dustan handled the case, he took his time to explain everything to me and he was on top of the trial from start to finish!!! The jury's verdic...t was NOT GUILTY! Although I'm ecstatic with the outcome but even if the jury would of found me guilty I still would have given Dustan a GREAT REVIEW!!!!! He will also work with you on payments!!!! BEST LAWYER I'VE COME INTO CONTACT WITH EVER! HIRE HIM IF NEEDED!!!!! HE IS PROFESSIONAL & EXCELLENT AT WHAT HE DO!!!!!!

2 Cases, both GREAT results!

Dustan helped me with 2 cases at the same time (DWI & Drug Posession). He was able to get the DWI case DISMISSED & received probation for the other. I was very pleased with the outcome and Dustan kept not only me, but my girlfriend informed at all times with any questions or concerns that we had. He ...was available via phone call, text, or even in person and he was very affordable! He worked with us on a payment plan and is VERY understanding and I never felt like he was ever judging me. He's also good at explaining things to where his clients can understand. I would HIGHLY recommend him (and I have) for anyone who is needing a reliable, understanding, reachable, local, & affordable attorney.

Dustin to the rescue

I had a situation where I accepted a plea and finished my conditions for a deferredadjudication. However, I was misinformof one condition by my PO and the judge extended it and hung me out to dry. With a new set of conditions. Well low ad behol I contacted Mr Dustin and he assured ke he would atten...d to this with passion and accuracy while displaying to the judge I had no wuss on kmy side. Now, the judge modified the conditions down to one after speaking with Mr Dustin. I mite add.. I contacted several lawyers prior to Dustin and none wanted to deal with d Simon rom amerixan idol of the courthouse. Dustin took it on AND got me results in one visit. Can't thank him enuff
