Dustan Got The Job Done For Me.

I actively sought an attorney who could help me with my DWI case. At the time, I was freaking out about my case and what the future held for me. I met with Dustan days later and he couldn't of been more helpful and knowledgeable concerning these types of cases. He was with me every step of the way..., from reviewing the police tapes through the two meetings in court. The courts had two charges against me: the first was whether or not I was guilty of DWI and the other dealt with my license because I refused a breathalyzer. He got both of them dismissed!!! I would highly recommend Dustan to anyone who was put in my situation. Thanks again Dustan.

Awesome attorney!

I hired Dustan Neyland to assist me with my divorce. I chose Dustan because he was local and made me feel the most comfortable. He met with me before I hired him to discuss everything in detail. Once I hired him, he immediately went to work on my divorce and kept me completely informed on each step. ...He made the divorce process very easy, which I definitely didn't expect! He seemed to really enjoy his job. He was never too busy to answer my questions and he never made me feel like I was an imposition. I would recommend Dustan!

Amazing!

When I was searching for an attorney back in April it seemed like a very daunting task. It seems like every single lawyer or law firm in Texas will send you a letter or postcard trying to get you to choose them. Dustan was the 3rd and last one that I called and the first one to personally answer th...e phone. Call it instinct but after meeting with him the first time I knew that he would be the one to represent me, and boy was my instinct right! From the start he made me feel comfortable and I knew that he genuinely cared. He always kept me up to date on what was going on, he was honest with me when things did not look so good, and he always took the time to explain things fully to me so that I completely understood. His rate is very fair and will work on a payment plan with you. He was very easy to get a hold of whenever I needed him and if he did not answer the phone it was only a matter of moments before he would call you back. He responds very quickly to E-mail as well. I recommend him a thousand times over to anyone needing an attorney. Dustan will do whatever he can in his power to get the best possible outcome for you and your case, he goes above and beyond. Because of his determination and drive he got my case dismissed, and for that I will be forever grateful to him.

aggressive

Dustan was verry aggresive with my case kept me informed at all times and was avaible to be reached at any time day or night. Dustan was verry fair with his rates and worked out a payment plan with me, I would recomend anyone looking for a attorny to contact him. MY overall rating of Dustan is execle...nt my case was dismissed.

Quick lawyer with quick results

I hired mr. neyland over my first theft charge. He informed me before court that 12 month probation and $200 fine would be the usual sentence for my case. On the day of court he managed to make sure I was one of the first cases to see the judge. He also spoke to the da on my behalf and I only ended ...up being sentenced to 6 months probation and a $100 fine. I was happy with the results. Mr. neylands attorney fee was fair too. I only had a few issues getting in touch with him and during court he was rushing. I did not get to speak with him at all after I received my sentence.
