Great Attorney Case Dismiss!!!!

I had a great experience with Dustan as my attorney. I was sitting in my office when all of a sudden 2 cops showed up with a warrant for my arrest. I had no idea what was even happening or what I was being charged with, but the next thing you know, I’m in a holding cell. I had met Dustan Neyland befo...re, so I called my girlfriend from jail and told her to contact him instantly. He quickly responded to her call and was able to explain the charges against me and all the steps necessary. He offered to meet me that night, but I did not get out of jail until 1:00 AM. I met him 2 days later, on a Sunday afternoon. We went over the charges against me, which was a felony charge. It took about 6 months for the case to resolve. During the 6 months, no matter what time, or how many times I texted Dustan, he always replied to my questions and concerns. He always kept me informed about the progress of the case. The first plea offered was a not favorable deal for me. Dustan then changed his strategy, and wanted to take the case to trial. Shortly after this decision, the case was dismissed. I recommend Dustan not only because he is great attorney, but also because he really does care, listen, and wants what’s best for you as his client.

My Attorney for freedom

I got Dustan name. From a friend called him late one evening and explain to him I work nights but I needed a quick appointment. He meant me that night around 8 p.m. We went over a few items of the case and I really felt good about what he was saying. That he wanted it dismissed, this is something I d...idn't need on my record. After 10 months of being on probation well bond supervision. My first probation officer try to get me locked up he, fought it. Then I got assigned a new officer and she brought up the same thing. Dustan got it over look. Well jury was picked. I was to be at court 3-2. I reviced a text around 11 am. They were just going to dismiss. I was overwhelmed and asked 100 questions he answer them all. And said no need to be at court Monday. They were on a mission because a have a record form 10 year ago. It a few felonly long , but I try to turn my life around. But I'm in system, and Dustan keep my name out of it . dismissed. THANKS A MILLION TIMES OVER. IF I EVER NEED AN ATTORNEY AGAIN. You will be my man.

Beyond impressive federal attorney

My husband and I hired Dustan to represent him on a criminal federal case. This was a case that covered a lot of time and detail and having already gone through one attorney...we needed someone to do it the RIGHT way and fight for my husband. Dustan is a very diligent attorney. From the very first ti...me I called him he would always take my call unless he was in court. Even then he would text me and tell me that. He is always very quick to respond and never kept us waiting. He went to see my husband in jail often and most important he believed in him and didn't settle for some ridiculous sentence. The judge granted everything Neyland asked for. This man is highly respectable and very well worth it. I would hire him again if we had to do it all over again, just allot sooner!

Hands down best lawyer in Texas

To start with I have been a client of dustin neyland since 2007 and he have been my lawyer for 3 different cases all won in my favor thanks to his knowledge and hard work. He worked really hard for me with two of the cases going to trial and ended up winning both one was criminal trial and the other ...family trial, previously had other lawyers work on my cases were they seemed not to care about the situation and was only after money, with mr.neyland was different he fought very hard and was very reasonable and whatever I did not understand he explained it very well also in trial dustin neyland worked very hard to fight for me and my daughter I have no words to describe how much I thank you for all he have done for me and my family as he changed our life with his help and knowledge I can not really describe or use any word on how dustin neyland is the best lawyer and a very hard working person. If you truly want someone with cares about you and your situation that will fight for you dustin neyland is the best person to do that I have recommended him to a lot of people and the few that I know who he handled there cases all came in there favor. Thanks dustin your the best and I appreciate all you have done.

I can breath now.

Over year ago has gone by after the accident and I can now breath. When you have been in a major accident, your world is turned upside down. You have anxiety, fear, flash backs and on top of that money issues. When you have been treated wrongly and don't know who to talk to, call Dustan Neyland. He... was referred to me by a friend and I gave him a call. He saw me that day! Dustan made me feel at ease and he was very knowledgeable about the type of D.W.I. case I was dealing with. I did however still see what other attorneys were like. I won't name names, but it felt like they were used car sales men. This is my life and i don't need a used car man dealing with my legal issues! I ran back to Dustan Neyland knowing he was right for me. Over the year, he answered all my calls and text messages promptly. You have a lot of questions when you go through an ordeal like this. He is very professional and detail oriented. when you go to trial and the other side is trying to make you look bad, He fights for you! I am beyond happy that I can say Dustan Neyland stood by my side and we won the case! When you have to make a decision on who to chose to be your lawyer, I would pick Dustan Neyland. I had a lawyer once tell me, " it's not personal" . Dustan never once made me feel like my case didn't matter or I was just another nameless case number. He made it personal! To Dustan, I am very thankful for all your hard work.
