Excellent Attorney in New York and Texas!

Dustan is an excellent attorney who is not only my go to lawyer, but also the person I refer all my family and friends to. I was returning home to Texas after a visit to New York, and was detained at La Guardia airport for having ammunition in my purse. (Being from Texas, this is common, legal, and n...o big deal - and I had totally forgotten it was in there when I headed off to New York) While it was an innocent mistake, I was detained, threated with arrest and jail time, and ultimately required to appear in court on charges of unlawful possession of ammunition. I called Dustan, who took my case and made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He was able to get the charges dropped and case dismissed, and I am grateful for his hard work and wonderful representation. I highly recommend him as an attorney, both in the great state of Texas, and New York.

AMAZING!! ROCK STAR ATTORNEY!!!

Dustan is hands down the best attorney. I have dealt with several lawyers in the past and I would say 98% of those could have cared less about the outcome of our cases just as long as the credit card cleared. I hated calling them because they seemed annoyed by my questions and concerns and it was ...obvious they knew nothing about us and really didn't care to. Then we found Dustan. He really cares about his clients and he listens without judging. I can honestly say that he was on ourside and he faught and is still fighting for us like a pit bull. We refer him ALL the time to anyone that we know and that says alot. We don't just go around putting our word on other people but we do it everytime for Dustan. Seriously this guy is the best and yes he is busy but wouldn't you rather have a busy attorney rather than one that dosen't have anything to do all day? We put our lives in his hands and he treats each phone call, court appearance, jail visit, text, etc. with that in mind. Dustan you know (Removed) and I think the world of you!! Thanks so much for all that you have done for us both so far and thank you for what you are fighting for right now. Keep fighting the good fight! You are a super star!!

A++++

I was charged with felony "Deadly Conduct" after shooting at someone who was breaking into my vehicle. I decided to contact Mr.Neyland after reading all of the good reviews, and I'm so thankful I hired him. He presented my case to a grand jury and got it no-billed *thrown out* less than a month after... I hired him. He's a very knowledgeable attorney with reasonable pricing and good communication. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. A++ Thanks!

First Class

Dustan is a first class individual who gave us sound and professional legal guidance during a difficult time for our family. He was always accessible and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We felt like we had his undivided attention and focus each time we spoke. This being our first experie...nce with a criminal defense attorney, we did not know what to expect. Dustan definitely set the bar high and we would recommend his services.

My review of Dustan Neylan

I would recommend Dustan Neyland to any of my family, friends, co-workers as he completely handled everything for me. I was arrested for the DWI and this was my third one, however, I wasnt sure if they were going to count the 1st one, as it was so many years ago...so I was either going to be charged... with 2nd offense misameanor or 3rd offense felony. 3rd offense felony could have resulted in possbile jail time, meaning I would have lost my job, my home and maybe even my marriage, so this was a life altering event in my life. As it turned out, Dustan made sure I was only charged with 2nd offense misameanor and my case has been settled with fines, probation, intoxicalock, alcohol treatment, BUT NO JAIL TIME. Dustan advised me and my wife of all of our options, he explained everything to us, so we could understand. He was available for any questions we had or any re-assurances we needed to the fact that he was taking care of everything. And that is exactly what he did....he took care of everything for us.
