I hired Eaton Law Firm to represent me in a family law enforcement matter, and my experience was very disappointing. I overpaid in legal fees, yet I was never provided a detailed, itemized billing statement despite requesting them. I was also not provided with the opposing councel's evidence prior... to the hearing, which left me unprepared and blindsided in court. At the hearing, the firm appeared unprepared, key facts were not presentd, and the overall representation did not reflect the level of preparation and professionalist I expected given the amount paid. I am sharing this review so others are award of my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering this frim to request detailed billing regularly, ensure they receive all case materials in advance and carefully monitor their account activity. I recommend skipping over this firm when looking for good representation.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Cannot say enough about how unprofessional is Travis Eaton. He is a total scam artist and will milk your account dry. I had to terminate his services due to malpractice from questionable charging practices to unexplained work inefficiencies. He is also a spiteful man and will ...hold your information hostage, even if you have already paid for it. They could not even handle the easiest of contract redlines. Travis is solely in this business to bill manhours to your account without producing any viable work product, or care about you as a client. I hope this message saves as least one person from getting robbed by this attorney's horrible service. If i could offer zero stars I would.

People look for an attorney when they are desperate. This firm asks their clients to pay more constantly without accomplishing a thing. It is sad that they take advantage of people in horrible situations and leave them worse off both financially and with the situation that they came to them about in... the first place.
