I hired this attorney in May for a simple child custody case. The attorney and his office failed to keep me updated. I would find out updates through the other parent! Fast forward to August and we basically started at step 1 because retroactive child support was never discussed with the opposing cou...nsel, when I was very upfront during my consultation that I was financially taking care of my child alone. I am a physician and it was difficult for me to set appointments or communicate but he was always replying and making someone call me back for any concern.
