My Divorce

Choosing The Eaton Law Firm to represent me in my Divorce was the best decision I made. Attorney Lynette Phillip was incredibly knowledgeable and fought hard for my case. Her paralegal Julie was very responsive to my emails and calls, and kept me informed every step of the way. I was very satisfi...ed with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing legal representation.

Horrible Attorney

I hired this attorney in May for a simple child custody case. The attorney and his office failed to keep me updated. I would find out updates through the other parent! Fast forward to August and we basically started at step 1 because retroactive child support was never discussed with the opposing cou...nsel, when I was very upfront during my consultation that I was financially taking care of my child alone. Don’t waist your money!!!!

Grateful for Travis and Nazanin

I had started my divorce process with a terrible lawyer and Travis quickly took my case. I am a physician and it was difficult for me to set appointments or communicate but he was always replying and making someone call me back for any concern. Divorce is not easy and we had so many hurdles with the ...opposing team but he always had knowledge on what to do next and was very supportive. We even had COVID to deal with. My prior experience with the first lawyer located on 1960 was a real nightmare, he did not call back, never explained well the process and his answer was "it can go either way" (not helpful at all). Travis and Nazanin explained our next step and what could happen to detail. I just finished my case and I would recommend him to family , friends and my own patients. He is honest, sincere and will not make up charges like other lawyers. Great Team.

Great attorney!

We are so thankful that we found Travis Eaton. He is representing my son and after a long divorce and custody battle for his little girls, it looks like he will keep custody of them! Travis has always been available for questions, answering quickly, and taking the time to explain things to us. We ...have recommended him to other people needing divorce or custody help, and we also would use him in the future.

Relationship: Co-worker

"As a fellow family law attorney, I’ve had the unique experience of working as both opposing counsel to Travis and now as an attorney at the Eaton Law Firm. I’ve always appreciated attorneys like him who handle cases with both strategy and efficiency. Family law is rarely straightforward. Each case demands a deep understanding of the client’s goals, the opposing party’s temperament, financial realities, and even the nuances of the specific court and judge. When I was his opposing counsel, I respected the way he pursued fair and realistic outcomes. Now, as a member of his team, I see firsthand how much thought he puts into every case. I can always count on him to listen, offer strategic perspective, and help shape the best path forward for our clients."
