Travis helped me update and correct a QDRO that was incorrect and update the decree that my initial lawyer failed to do correctly. All was refiled with the courts in a timely manner so that I could get the finances that were due to me. He communicated with me often and was available to talk when I ne...eded to ask him something.

He was hired for our custody case because we were on a budget and he told us he would work with us. We would pay the amount agreed upon but he would call with threats wanting more money. Several times he showed up to court without anything. Most of the time our case was thrown out do to him filing th...e wrong paper work. He also failed to show up to court at times and we were still charged for it. At one time we gave mr. Eaton our credit card number for a payment. He ended up keeping that number on file and cleaned our account out in the middle of the night months after court was over. He made 4 diffrent withdraws. He had never sent us the final bill so that we could pay he just took it upon himself to take the money. Then when we asked for proof where we had given him premission to debit our account he decided to fude the original contract we signed to cover for his criminal activities. He basically added the page we signed to a diffrent contract because it is not the same as the copy we have. With that said we are filing a complaint with the BAR as well as a report with HCSO. Looking back it would have been cheaper to hire a good attorney after all the grief Mr. Eaton put us through. After 4 years of using him because he refused to return our files and we already spent nearly 20 grand with him, we finally got custody of the kids only because the other party decided to not show up to court.
