Unprofessional and a joke
I have suffered years of agony over losing yeast with my young baby. At the cost of this lying thief. Forceful and pushy with having me sign the attorney contract while I was clearly not in a the sound state of mind crying over my situation he shoved the papers for me to sign and then at trial crosse...

Grateful for Travis and Nazanin
I had started my divorce process with a terrible lawyer and Travis quickly took my case. I am a physician and it was difficult for me to set appointments or communicate but he was always replying and making someone call me back for any concern. Divorce is not easy and we had so many hurdles with the ...

Crook
This lawyer will take your money, make promises and do nothing. Hard to get a hold of too when looking for him, but always showed up when money if offered. Horrible, horrible thief.
Holly, thank you for the review. Although I do not agree with your version of events, I can understand how you may feel like this. Often times when clients call me they believe an issue to be of immediate concern and want to inform their lawyer right away. However, as you know, most of the litigation that takes place in the family law arena is slow moving and requires a calculated and strategic approach. In your case as in all of the cases I take on moving slowly and methodically is always better than jumping to action. I apologize that you feel like I took money that you did not want to part with. I can assure you that I cared about your case and the outcome. Please call me and we can discuss.

Custody Case

Child support / Custody Case
Your location I started using Travis in June 2016, for a custody / child support case for my daughter. This case took sometime because for starters the father resided in another state. (Those are always way more trickier) It also had some set backs, due to the father not responding, and...
"As a fellow family law attorney, I’ve had the unique experience of working as both opposing counsel to Travis and now as an attorney at the Eaton Law Firm. I’ve always appreciated attorneys like him who handle cases with both strategy and efficiency. Family law is rarely straightforward. Each case demands a deep understanding of the client’s goals, the opposing party’s temperament, financial realities, and even the nuances of the specific court and judge. When I was his opposing counsel, I respected the way he pursued fair and realistic outcomes. Now, as a member of his team, I see firsthand how much thought he puts into every case. I can always count on him to listen, offer strategic perspective, and help shape the best path forward for our clients."
"I can always trust Mr. Eaton to bring creative and innovative solutions to mediation. As a mediator, I have observed Mr. Eaton give fair, honest and practical answers to his client and even opposing counsel, while seeking the best possible outcome for all involved."
