Nicholas Robin Westbrook

My experience with Mr. Westbrook was that of excellence. Mr. Westbrook as well as his staff is very knowledge of the processes regarding the services they provide. I was very nervous and upset about having to make such a decision. I called on Mr. Westbrook's assistant Jessica more than a few times ...to make inquiries about the process, she was very helpful and calming with her responses. I had to go through this very difficult process and Mr. Westbrook as well as his highly competent assistant Jessica helped to understand each step of the process which made me feel more at ease with the decision that I had to make. I only wish that I could get that level of service in all every part of life that calls for major life changing decisions.

When I first had to take the difficult step into bankruptcy I was so embarrased and upset with myself for being in that position. When I met with Mr. Westbrook his kind and understanding demeanor really put me at ease. He and his staff walked me and my husband through the process step by step, phone ...call after phone call, email after email. He always responded immediately and he is always was truthful. He straightened out the mess with my mortgage escrow and walked us through a rough IRS debt. Always stood by our side in court (we had several appearances) supportive and honest and was not timid with the judge one bit. He stood up for us entirely. If you find yourself in the position of needing to look into bankruptcy I highly...highly recommend him. He will absolutely give you a true assessment and full representation.

It has been a year since we began working with Mr. Westbrook. He's fair and responds quickly to our questions and inquires. One item worth mentioning is his fees - he does a very good job of keeping us informed of what impact our request will have on fees (his and others) before we make decisions, w...hich has allowed us to keep our legal fees under control. It is truly like having a partner working for us. Many thanks to Mr. Westbrook, and we hope to continue working with him until we complete our journey.
