Mr Westbrook and Miss Jessica were not my first choice. I had hired a previous attorney that spent a majority of her time 'out of the office' leaving me to handle questions from the courts. As a result, I ended up having to have my Chapter 13 dismissed and then had to refile. I did a very exhausti...ng search for a new attorney before contacting Mr Westbrook and am OVERJOYED!! Filing a BK once is enough stress, having to do so twice left me considering other more permanent solutions to a temporary problem. When I first had to take the difficult step into bankruptcy I was so embarrased and upset with myself for being in that position. When I met with Mr. Westbrook his kind and understanding demeanor really put me at ease. He and his staff walked me and my husband through the process step by step, phone ...call after phone call, email after email. He always responded immediately and he is always was truthful. He straightened out the mess with my mortgage escrow and walked us through a rough IRS debt. BK is so scary, but Mr. Wetbrooke made the whole process very smooth. I could not have found a better person to help me get thru my BK process. He is so extremely informative and never tosses you off to an assistant. He takes all his calls. That's hard to find in any firm. He is very helpful and will... not sugar-coat thing, but in doing so, it prepares you for all that BK entales. He is a great attorney and I am pleased to have worked with him (and continue to do so).
