First I would like to say thank you! Mr. Westbrook’s spot on legal advice and easy demeanor made a personally trying and stressful event more manageable and less traumatic because he was always available or quickly responded after leaving a message. He listened to my issues and concerns, filed successful motions on my behalf when thought I had to accept the Trustee’s initial decisions, and when all was said and done was able to fashion a plan that was economically acceptable to me and the court. Filing for bankruptcy is never an easy decision but Nicholas made it a very easy process.
