This "attorney" is not for everyone
This attorney was hired to represent a consumer during bankruptcy 13 case. Westbrook was verbally abusive and insulted his own client in front of other patrons right outside of the courtroom. He was not professional at all, as he used explicit profanity when describing his client.
Unfortunately, this client has failed to report things accurately. It is true we had a discussion outside of the courtroom, but I never used profanity or acted in an unprofessional manner. When I was in Court on a different matter, this client showed up unannounced and could not explain why she was there. When questioned about this unusual behavior, she became upset and asked that I no longer represent her. It should be noted that this client filed a prior bankruptcy with a different attorney who she also fired during the case. After failing to address several problems in the prior case, including a failure to make the required payments to the Trustee, the Court dismissed the case. When I was hired for the second bankruptcy, I successfully extended the bankruptcy protection beyond the 30-day limitation, protected the client's home from foreclosure and helped her avoid a repossession of her vehicle. Despite all of my help and assistance, this client chose to terminate my services. Her case was later dismissed for failure to make the required payments to the Chapter 13 Trustee. I did everything I could to help this client, and instead of a thank you for my time and assistance, she elected to leave this inaccurate/negative review.

Competent Bankruptcy and Debt Attorney
I never could have imagined that I would find myself in a position to have to claim bankruptcy. However, after a series of life events that included losing a great job I'd had for 25 years; the need to become a caregiver for two family members; etc., I discovered that the need for bankruptcy can bli...

The Best Attorney...Hands Down!!
Mr. Westbrook was an amazing attorney who took the time to explain all areas of my case thoroughly. I came to him after another bankruptcy lawyer took his time with my case and was delaying my process, so I was nervous about moving on to yet another lawyer. However, Mr. Westbrook and his staff was ...

Honorable and Trustworthy
When I first had to take the difficult step into bankruptcy I was so embarrased and upset with myself for being in that position. When I met with Mr. Westbrook his kind and understanding demeanor really put me at ease. He and his staff walked me and my husband through the process step by step, phone ...
"I've known Nick since law school at South Texas. Nick always stood out in class as one of the smartest guys and graduated at the top of our class. Nick's brain is perfect for all the bankruptcy and business law that he practices. But I am endorsing Nick because of his personality. it's personality and knowledge that succeed in criminal law, and he's got both. Nick is a very dangerous opponent for the District Attorney. if he can beat you on the law, he will. And if he can't, he will argue it to the jury and charm them into the right verdict. I endorse Nick's continued success in the criminal world."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have turned to Nick for his insight on matters in several areas of the law. He is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to ensure his clients receive fair treatment in court."
"Nick is a wonderful attorney who really cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs Bankruptcy help. His expert knowledge will make the difference. Chosing the right attorney can make all the difference in the world to solving your family's problems."
