Adena Evelyn Erso Bowman

Adena Bowman has been practicing immigration law for over six years. Over the course of her practice, she has primarily worked with clients in the information technology industry on a variety of nonimmigrant business visa matters, including H-1B, E-3, L-1 and TN petitions. Adena has extensive experience helping employers and employees navigate tricky maintenance of status issues, USCIS site visits and compliance reviews. She provides efficient and effective support to clients, from the petition filing process, to responding to complex Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny. Adena also is familiar with the immigrant green card and naturalization process for permanent residency and gaining U.S. citizenship.
